🔧 Steel Cable Tie Tensioner & Cutter — Tighten and Trim with One Tool

Finish compatible stainless steel cable tie installations with one manual tool. This Steel Cable Tie Tensioner & Cutter pulls the tie tighter through repeated handle squeezes, then trims the excess tail using a separate cutting lever.

👌 Tighten Progressively by Hand

Feed the free tail into the tensioning head and squeeze the handles repeatedly to take up slack. Work gradually and stop at a tension suitable for the item being secured, especially around cables, hoses, or other surfaces that can be damaged by excessive pressure.

✂️ Trim Without Changing Tools

Once the tie is tightened, lift the cutting lever to remove the excess tail. The separate tensioning and cutting actions let you complete both stages without reaching for another cutter.

🛠️ Built Around Repeated Squeezing

The steel body, shaped handles, and return spring support the manual tightening action. The spring helps reopen the handles between squeezes, while the extended cutting lever provides a dedicated control for trimming.

📏 Check Your Metal Tie Dimensions

For compatible metal cable ties up to approximately 0.47 in (12 mm) wide and 0.012 in (0.3 mm) thick. Check the tie’s locking-head design and tool clearance as well as its dimensions. Compatibility with plastic cable ties is not established.

⚙️ Follow Four Straightforward Steps

1. Wrap a compatible tie around the item and pass the tail through its locking head.

2. Feed the free tail into the tool, positioning the nose near the tie head.

3. Squeeze the handles repeatedly until the appropriate tension is reached.

4. Lift the cutting lever to trim the excess, then check the finished installation for exposed sharp edges.

Use Note: Wear eye protection and suitable gloves when handling metal ties. Keep fingers clear of the gripping and cutting areas, and collect trimmed metal tails after use.
